Q: Can I sign
up for the Advanced LEGO Robotics class if I didn't take
LEGO Robotics at Smart Fingers Robotics?

| A: It depends, if
you learned basic building and programming with LEGO
MINDSTORMS NXT elsewhere.

Q: Which
programming software is used in the workshops?
|
| A: In the LEGO Robotics
class and Advanced LEGO Robotics class, we use the LEGO
MINDSTORMS "NXT-G" Software. In custom group
workshops, we can use any of NXT-G, RoboLab, LabView for LEGO MINDSTORMS, NXC, or Robot C if
students have their own laptop with the software installed.
Students can also use one of our laptops here with the NXT-G
software. |

Q: What if I
miss a class, are make-up classes available?
|
| A: For classes that
meet weekly, students should plan on attending every class.
The students will build on their knowledge from week to
week. Limited opportunities for make-up classes on a
different day may be available,
contact us. |
